Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Help Desk professional at TCM Technologies LTD located in Beit Dagan. The Technical Support Help Desk professional will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will involve working closely with customers to resolve technical problems and provide timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a similar technical support role is preferred
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving abilities
• High level in Microsoft Office.
