Automation Engineer

A profitable, under-the-radar startup is developing innovative data infrastructure for the online social gaming industry. The company is creating a data infrastructure that interfaces with game APIs (non-gambling) and is the only one in the country with a business model that allows players to win valuable prizes (like vacations, iPhones, etc.) in every game without payment.

After receiving regulatory approvals, they launched their product in the US, where it achieved great success, leading to significant growth projections.

The founders are experienced technologists who have sold companies in the past and specialize in the global gaming industry.

Role: Managing two junior testers and developing and establishing automation in TypeScript & JavaScript with Playwright. The role will also involve manual testing of web and mobile systems/applications, but expertise in automation and familiarity with best practices in the field are required.

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in QA for B2C products.
• Manual testing and automation tests using playwright / Cypress.io or similar.
• Typescript & JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience testing Mobile app and Web - high users volumes.
• A team player & strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with QA processes and documenting the testing flows.
• Willingness to work hard and make an impact in a small startup - moving fast and daily deliveries.
• A leader by heart and impact driven person.
