Customer Relations Manager

AUVSI Israel is seeking a passionate and articulate Customer Relations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our members, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving member retention.

About AUVSI Israel

AUVSI Israel is the leading non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of unmanned systems (UxS) in Israel. We provide a platform for industry, government, and academia to collaborate and accelerate the development and adoption of UxS technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all member inquiries and concerns
• Build and maintain positive relationships with members
• Proactively identify member needs and ensure their satisfaction
• Manage the member onboarding process
• Assist with membership renewal efforts
• Coordinate member events and activities
• Track and analyze member feedback
• Develop and implement strategies to improve member retention
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer relations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or account management
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM software (a plus)
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (required)
