Role Description
This is a full-time Director of business development role, located in Tel Aviv District.
As the Director of business development , you will lay the foundation and shape the future of our export business.
The Director of business development will be responsible for leading our new business sales activity to the startup ecosystem. Including prospecting, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. You will also be responsible for developing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and conducting market research.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate joint business plans to maintain long term growth by understanding business objectives, KPIs and challenges.
- Maintain a sales pipeline, to achieve revenue targets, drive penetration and account growth.
- Conducting market research and identifying potential partners.
- Cultivating strong relationships with new partners.
- Leading presentations and demos of Humanz to new partners.
- Building business plans with partners and ensuring excellent execution .
- Meeting sales targets for partner deals – including pipeline management, forecasting and achieving growth.
- Working closely with staff across departments to implement partnership strategies, establish and grow the partner program infrastructure.
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Identify new business opportunities and partners.
- Experience selling SaaS to tech companies
- 2-3 years experience in Business development management / Account management and sales in the Israeli market roles. in a SaaS company.
- Experience in the digital marketing industry
- A passion for marketing and influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive results and meet deadlines.
- Initiates and knows how to get things moving.
