HR & Operations Manager

We are looking for a great HR & Operations Manager to join us. You’re a self-starter who likes to take the initiative. Keeping things organized is easy for you and your time management skills are superb. You’re flexible, cooperative, and a team player who loves to help others.

*The position is temporary, a replacement for maternity leave!*

What You'll Be Doing

• Keep the Front Desk welcoming for our employees & visitors.
• Serve as the focal point for office-related duties, ensuring the smooth running of the office's everyday life in all its aspects.
• Welfare and employee retention, such as Happy Hours, birthdays, company vacations, and new employee onboarding.
• Deal with various suppliers and service providers, manage contracts and price negotiations with the vendors, and ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks. Handle ad hoc projects and requests as they arise (Facilities, Welfare, IT, HR, etc.).
• PA to the chairman & CEO.

Must Have

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a high-tech company or a start-up.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a great ability to prioritize tasks.
• Resourceful and proactive in dealing with any issues and malfunctions that arise.
