Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Plan digital campaigns for special projects such as hero model launches, seasonal campaigns, or promo/sales

• Help develop digital strategies, target audiences and guidelines for hero model launches

• Ensure local marketing teams align with regional/global direction, goals, objectives & strategies

• Responsible for execution of the consumer marketing

• Planning and carrying out the various marketing activities

• Responsible for marketing quarterly budgets

• Controlling, and carrying out the activities (Online, offline, channel and other campaigns)

• Preparing reports, summarizing, and closing activities in the company's various systems

• Managing digital and social campaigns through agency

• BTL marketing productions

• Event management and training days for salespeople

• Working with retail / dealers to raise joint marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• Must have the desire to learn!

• University degree in relevant field (Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Public Relations, etc...)

• Excellent communication in English (both written and spoken)

• Previous work experience with media agency is a must

• Min 3+ years experience in digital media, content creation and/or agency management

• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment

• Full understanding of advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, Twitter (X) & TikTok

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
