M Challenge, a dynamic IT services company based in Tel Aviv, is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Network Administrators and Help Desk Support Staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and administration of networks, server systems, and workstation platforms.
• Collaborate with IT security measures including familiarity with SOC, NAC, and other third-party security products.
• Manage virtual systems, backup systems, and email filtering solutions.
• Interface with Office 365, Azure, and AWS environments.
• Support Linux-based systems and routers including Cisco, Fortinet, and Check Point products (advantage).

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar IT role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and IT security principles.
• Experience with virtual systems, backup solutions, and email filtering.
• Advantage: Familiarity with Linux-based systems, Cisco, Fortinet, and Check Point.
