In this role:

Development of training tools, learning, and certification.

Defining the educational needs of the target population.

Capturing the knowledge of subject matter experts and transferring it into written materials. Enhancing the training perception.

Development of training tools (kits, e-learning, presentations, systems, including TTT when required) according to agreed-upon standards.

Managing the correction process of the developed training tools with partners.

Developing tools for measuring the effectiveness of learning and performance control.

Systematic and methodical knowledge management and preservation.

Participation in wide-ranging training projects as needed.

Job Location: Alon Tavor Industrial Zone.

What's Required?

Education, knowledge, and experience in learning development.

Familiarity with digital tools and learning development resources.

Excellent proficiency in computer skills and learning technologies.
