We’re looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our growing team and be responsible for the successful onboarding of HiredScore’s clients while improving the evolving delivery process as well as infrastructure and services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly, and providing inputs to the change control process.
• Work on enabling features for new customers and supporting the implementation process
• Develop custom solutions to various F500 clients
• Ability to work on the development of multiple projects at a time, identify risks, and scope creep and ensure development is completed according to priority
• Designing automated solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
• Configuring new automated processes and developing new tools and infrastructures that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
• Shows initiative and proactively problem-solves, improves processes and/or escalates risks
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IDF experience, or completion of a relevant Bootcamp.
• At least 2 years of industry experience in Python, writing applications or scripts - must
• Experience with MongoDB and NOSQL queries
• Familiarity with micro-services architecture and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of JIRA.
• Familiarity with best practices in software development (SOLID principles, writing tests).
• Strong English communication skills.
