Integration Team Leader

Logicloud is looking for an integration team leader with great project management and team management skills and a passion for solving complex integration challenges. This individual will grow the integration capability to help teams connect systems across the enterprise.

This position is for technical professionals with experience in enterprise integration who like and know how to write some scripts, handle system configurations, and do some SQL queries when needed - with strong project management and team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• On-site management of the IT enterprise integration team for a large fast-growing growing successful client located in Herzliya (Hybrid - 1 day of working from home)
• Design and architect integrations for HR, Finance, IT, and other departments.
• Lead the development, testing, monitoring, and documentation of dozens of new and existing business application integration processes.
• Managing a team of 6 remote developers and implementers.
• Provides project management including planning and timeline management for the entire enterprise integration area at the IT department.

Requirements

• 3 years of proven experience in technical project management and team management at a technology-oriented company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with writing scripts, SQL, and software configuration.
• Having experience with one or more enterprise Integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Azure Integration Hub, Amazon AppFlow, etc. is considered a big advantage.
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies.
• Self-learning capabilities, Problem-solving approach.
• Fluent in English
