Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Automation Team Lead at Tesnet Group Ltd, located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for some remote work. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the automation team and overseeing day-to-day activities, including software quality assurance, automation testing, team management, and process automation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• A strong background working with web and mobile systems
• At least 2 years experience with automation development in JAVA
• Proven experience and a leadership skills
• Experience in process automation with Selenium and Appium
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:

• knowledge of the software tools: Cucumber, TestNG, and JUnit
• Understanding of CI/CD processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant certifications in Automation testing or quality assurance
