About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Business Development Associate to oversee and execute our partnerships initiatives. As the Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies to engage partnerships effectively, ensuring alignment with our brand values and objectives. You will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships with partners and brand ambassadors, driving brand awareness, and enhancing brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive strategies for the partnerships and brand ambassador programs in alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Research: Identify partners and brand ambassadors who fit the ideal profile, in line with the company’s targets.
- Outreach: Target potential partners and brand ambassadors through email and LinkedIn with the result of scheduling introductory meetings for the CEO and Director of Sales.
- Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with partners and brand ambassadors, providing ongoing support, communication, and recognition to maintain engagement and enthusiasm.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze brand ambassador performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Community Building: Cultivate a strong sense of community among partners and brand ambassadors, encouraging collaboration, sharing best practices, and facilitating networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in sales/business development, marketing and/or partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate brand messaging clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional writing skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies.
- Proactive with a hunter mentality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for our brand and a genuine interest in building authentic connections with our audience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup.
Big plus:
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn for networking and lead generation.
- Familiarity with other sales enablement tools and platforms such as Apollo.io, SalesLoft, Lusha, etc.
