Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

We Are looking for Site Reliability Engineer to join the team!.

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SRE practices, with a focus on maintaining and improving CI/CD processes, as well as developing new processes to enhance system reliability and performance. While knowledge of Kubernetes (K8S) is not required for this role, proficiency in GitLab, basic understanding of C# systems for backend development (monolithic code, minimal work with Docker), and experience with working with IIS are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve CI/CD processes to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Develop new processes and tools to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes and improve overall system architecture.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of production systems.
• Automate repetitive tasks to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in SRE and DevOps.
  
  

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a production environment.
• Proficiency in GitLab for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic understanding of C# systems for backend development, particularly with monolithic code (minimal experience with Docker).
• Experience working with IIS (Internet Information Services).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
