Technical Integrator – SRE

We’re looking for a Technical Integrator – SRE to help ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of a large-scale financial application in a production environment.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the central interface between development teams, infrastructure, operations, maintenance teams, and external vendors.
• Investigate and resolve complex production incidents.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems, perform data-driven Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive reliability and performance improvements.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude and Kiro to improve troubleshooting, automation, and operational workflows.

What we’re looking for

• Strong technical motivation, initiative, and self-learning capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in technical integration across development, infrastructure, operations, and external vendors.
• Practical experience with Splunk and Dynatrace for production monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Experience setting up monitoring systems, dashboards, and alerts.
• Database experience with MongoDB, DocumentDB, and SQL.
• Familiarity with OCP and AWS environments.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development and operations tools, such as Claude and Kiro — a significant advantage.
• Strong collaboration skills and a continuous-improvement mindset.
• High ownership, independence, organizational skills, and service orientation.
