FP&A Business Partner

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber Intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a motivated and talented FP&A analyst to join our team.

As part of this position, you’ll lead, build and scale our budgeting and forecasting process, providing key insights and actionable actions to management.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop the company's financial model, while optimizing and automating the process to support a fast growing environment
• Maintain ongoing forecasts, while tracking budget vs actual results
• Forming and tracking the Company’s metrics and KPIs
• Serving as a Business Partner to the Company’s CFO, supporting decision making processes with data and insights
• Collaborating with multiple teams in order to build and track the annual budget and monthly forecasts
• Creating and delivering periodic financial summaries to senior management and other stakeholders
• Proactively identify and analyze opportunities to drive business improvements and share actionable insights with management

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as FP&A at a fast scaling organization
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance - Accounting, Economics or other relevant field
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
• Fast learner, independent and able to prioritize among the tasks
• Highly motivated and proactive
• Experience with BI Tools Applications and/or SQL skills – advantage
• Excellent communication skills, with high proficiency in English – written and verbal
