Customers Accounting Collection Specialist - (Temporary, 1-Year Contract)

All About The Role

The job encompasses a comprehensive overview of the customer's collection, covering payments management and control, invoice credit/debit management, and continuous improvements. Responsibilities also include allocating opportunities for enhancements in collection processes and procedures, including interfaces with the IT system and other departments. The role reports directly to the Financial Manager

In This Role You'll Also

• Be responsible for 10Bis Israeli customer collection.
• Create and maintain good relationships with the smallest and biggest companies in the Israeli ecosystem, including direct communication with C-level executives.
• Extract the periodic aging reports, including forecasted aging.
• Be responsible for the risk management reports insights of the collection
  
  

Here Is What We Need From You

• At least 3 years of experience in customer / Collection Accounting.
• An ability to deal with a variety of customers, including late payers.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One.
• Knowledge of Office SW, including PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
• A good English level (Read/Write/Speak).
• Team Player, good interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented attitude.
