As a Field Services Engineer you will be responsible for supporting a strategic account for a 6 months period and deliver Dalet technical expertise to their administrators.

What you'll be doing

• Install, maintain and optimize products and configurations at customer's site
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
• Perform maintenance and fixing
• Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance
• Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business
• Train other field engineers and customers on the solutions

What you'll we need to be successful

• Experience in a similar position or experience as an end user
• Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
• Proven IT skills in Windows, networking and SQL database
• Broadcast knowledge
• Experience with Dalet Solutions is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English
• Self-starter who is excited about technology
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
