Product Manager

BTC Searching, a leading recruitment firm specializing in the technology sector, is excited to present an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager position with one of our esteemed clients, a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company. This company, which specializes in transforming prospecting into an automated AI-optimized process, has successfully raised $27 million in funding.

Responsibilities:

• Translate the company’s vision and roadmap into actionable features, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Act as a bridge between company leadership and the engineering team, leading cross-functional efforts to drive product development from concept to launch.
• Lead the product discovery process, including market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis, to inform feature prioritization and development.
• Define and prioritize user stories, features, and enhancements based on business value and customer feedback.
• Provide regular updates on product development status, key milestones, risks, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in SaaS B2B products.
• Demonstrable experience in a startup environment, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, agile setting.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to translate business goals into product strategy and execution plans.
• A solid understanding of UX design principles and methodologies, with a passion for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
