What we're looking for: 

We currently have an exciting and highly impactful opportunity for an Analyst to join our Product organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, with proven experience in SQL, analyzing data, and building the monitoring solutions that provide our business leaders with the data and insights they need to help service our customers with excellence.

 

What you'll be spending your time on:

                                                    

• Act as a focal point for data analysis for the business unit.
• Own ad-hoc and ongoing analyses aimed at supporting business decisions.
• Have end-to-end responsibility for analysis - from discovery, through data gathering, and up to actionable insights and recommendations.
• Understand and help shape metrics supporting business growth (e.g., KPIs).
• Partner closely with business, product, data, and other units to understand business context, as well as expertise in our data models and structure.
• Take part in design and analysis of experiments, tests, and learning processes.
• Develop tracking tools, dashboards, and methodologies to improve business visibility and identify growth opportunities.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

• 3+ years proven experience in data analysis
• Strong Experience with SQL, preferably BigQuery
• Strong Experience working with spreadsheet and BI software, preferably Excel and PowerBI
• Innate ability to visualize data in an intuitive and informative way
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex problems to business users and stakeholders
• Appetite to learn and never-ending curiosity
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to work autonomously
• Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, or related fields
• Experience in financial services - an advantage
