Program Manager

STARTICA is looking for a talented experienced Program Manager!

You will work as a Program manager which is responsible for managing new and ongoing programs, including all aspects:

work closely with customers, manage all program scopes: From Kick-off to management and technical reviews, deliveries, customer contact, etc.

Define the project plans, task assignments and project timetable.

Lead the project activities and cross organizational processes.

Understands the customer needs, develop partnership, and align on expectations, and ensure high customer satisfaction level.

Participation in Pre- and Post-Sale activities. Understanding customer requirements and needs.

Present program status and progress to C-Level management and CEO.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Program manager –must.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary program team in a matrix environment – must.
• Experience working with JIRA / MS Project – must.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, English – must.
• Engineering degree - must.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
