Vice President of Products

One of our promising start up is looking for an experienced and motivated VP Product to join an Adversarial AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the adversarial AI landscape, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive product development from concept to market launch.

Responsibilities:

·      Define product vision and strategy for the company's AI Security product line, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to develop and launch innovative products and features that address adversarial attacks and robustness of AI systems.

·      Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the adversarial AI domain.

·      Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

·      Develop and manage the product backlog, working closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and efficient execution of product initiatives.

·      Define and track key performance metrics for the product, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and improvements.

·      Act as a subject matter expert on adversarial AI, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.

·      Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and pricing models.

·      Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product team and across the organization.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree in AI or cybersecurity is a plus.

·      Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience of product managers, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or cybersecurity products.

·      Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development/ systems engineering.

·      Strong understanding of adversarial AI and/or trustworthy AI concepts, techniques, and state-of-the-art research.

·      Proven track record of successfully managing complex, technical products from concept to market launch.

·      Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

·      Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools, such as JIRA or Azure Dev.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

·      Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and industry trends.
