Industrial Engineer / Process Improvement Engineer

The company:

Our client is a well-established global airline company, with offices strategically located across Europe, USA and APAC, and a trusted reputation in the industry.

The position:

The Process Improvement Engineer will manage, lead and execute strategic projects, analyzing improvements and streamlining core business processes across many parts of the business (IT, operations, logistics, commercial). You will report to the head of OPEX and closely collaborate with the executive management on transformative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of Core Business work processes improvements.
• Managing various types of global strategic projects (IT, Improvements, BI dashboards, Data science, New structure, New processes implementation) from end to end: defining Goals, Content, Milestones, Work plan KPI’s.
• Lead the steering committee, status meetings, control, and implementation.
• Define improvement plans and objectives that align to the Group’s Strategy and the OPEX Roadmap.
• Leading improvements and streamlining all processes.
• Adjust and implement the procedures to the best practices.
• Mapping existing procedures, building flow charts, and writing new procedures.
• Monitoring processes effectiveness using KPIs, auditing, monitoring corrective actions and training.
• Controlling KPIs.
• Assistance in performing an annual audit plan and corrective action.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a global organization
• Proven experience in improving and streamlining projects
• Proven experience designing and implementing a framework of continuous improvement in a global organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Languages: Hebrew and English (professional level)
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, or similar
