Human Resources Business Partner

We seek an experienced **HRBP** to join the commercial department of a leading agricultural solutions company in the Afula region. As an HRBP, you will play a central role in shaping, nurturing, and maintaining the organizational culture that reflects the company's core values. You will serve as a strategic advisor to management and leaders, drive human resources initiatives, and support achieving the company's business goals with a focus on human and cultural aspects. This position is part of the company's HR team, reporting to the VP of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with divisional management by providing guidance, direction, and support on human resources matters.

- Strategically plan workforce, organizational structure, and human resource planning across different units.

- Identify organizational and individual training needs, participate in training programs, and monitor goal achievement.

- Manage employee relations, enhance communication, and promote employee retention.

- Implement processes, build tools, and guide organizational changes to strengthen culture and values.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, promotions, internal mobility, and terminations.

- Lead HR projects aligned with the company's strategy and business needs.

- Develop new policies, guidelines, and training programs in human resources.

Qualifications

- Relevant bachelor's degree (master's degree is a significant advantage).

- At least 5 years of experience in an HRBP role within a global organization.

- Deep understanding of HR disciplines such as compensation, organizational assessment, learning and development, performance management, labor laws, and diversity.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and service-oriented skills.

- Strong organizational skills, task prioritization, and time management.

- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills at a high level.

- Experience coaching and advising managers.

- Experience working with diverse cultural populations.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Proficiency in Hebrew and English at a high level.

- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with ERP systems.
