Responsibilities:

• Lead innovation communications for global CSS and Johnson & Johnson MedTech R&D in Israel, overseeing agency partners and collaborating across a matrixed organization.
• Craft and share our innovative story through compelling collateral materials for digital platforms and internal communications, ensuring alignment with CSS Social Media strategies.
• Establish Johnson & Johnson MedTech R&D in Israel as a premier talent destination through local awareness initiatives, executive thought leadership and culture-building events.
• Drive business impact through measurement and analytics, continuously adjusting strategies as needed.
• Enhance communication clarity and transparency within the organization, managing campus communications, supporting employee resource groups, and coordinating community engagement activities.
• Explore new communication channels to reach broader audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Manage vendors to create compelling content for social media channels, overseeing planning, budgeting, and execution.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years of experience in communications
• Fluency in oral and written English and Hebrew
• Ability to craft creative, compelling stories across various channels and mediums
• Experience in both external (media relations, social media) and internal (employee engagement) communications
• Preferred experience in graphic design, photography, and video production
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
• Experience in working in a matrixed environment and driving results through influence
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to oversee agency partners
• Flexibility and a team-player mindset, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of seniority
