About The Position:

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the Operation Manager will lead and support projects and deliverables to Watchful's customers. That includes both veteran active projects as well as new initiatives. the OPS manager will require to maintain several technical tools/platforms, perform live support, ensure quality and accuracy of data, help defining methodologies of the project, collaborate with the CS & RnD & back office teams to deliver vs scope.

OPS Manager will take responsibility to Monitor the quality and scope of data collection and data outputs, handle hardware purchases and configuration, work with remote vendors, and support the Analyst team during their runs.

In addition, OPS manager will take ownership on Benchmarking tool, assist maintaining the department documentation and training manuals, including identifying best practices and backing improvements associated with management of workflow.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience
• Technical background (tech companies, 8200 etc) - a significant advantage
• Relevant tech-orinted degree - an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolution and maintain strong relationships
• Capacity to learn and master new technologies
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Ability to manage several projects while performing consistently and confidently on daily basis
• English at a very high level
