Recruitment Support Specialist

Convergence Workforce is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist for our healthcare recruitment department. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will stand at the forefront of our client's recruitment initiatives, develop sourcing strategies and a robust candidate pipeline, and monitor content and listings on Indeed. Responsibilities:

• Monitor job post-expenditure
• Oversee the content of job postings
• Provide training to recruiters on effective sourcing techniques
• Spearhead company-wide content initiatives
• Act as a liaison with vendors
• Prepare and present reports to management
• Coordinate solutions with the quality control department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3 years of experience working in the U.S. healthcare recruitment industry- must
• Experienced with HR CRM systems- must
• Expert with Indeed- must
• Experience in writing with AI (preferred)
• Proficiency in Boolean Searches
• Expertise in managing multiple job boards
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience leading training of staff- big plus

Specifications:

• Full-time position, Sunday -Thursday, U.S. hours
