Billing Operations Specialist

The Finance Team is the engine that keeps AppsFlyer going. We are looking for a Billing Operations Specialist to take part in the daily activities of the billing department, including the timely processing of customer agreements, invoicing and credit issuance, maintaining billing accounts’ data integrity and creation. The role will support the Billing team & Revenue Controller by making sure all data is recorded according to the company’s revenue recognition policy and required billing schedules.

What You’ll Do

• Manage SFDC queue for customer creation and billing details changes.
• Ensure all data is set up properly in the system CRM and ERP system
• Review contracts and set them up in Salesforce, including their billing schedule.
• Run the daily/monthly billing cycle in an accurate manner
• Review contract changes, process credits and rebills
• Generate and analyze reports based on bookings, using SFDC and the BI system in order to identify discrepancies
• Collaborate with members of the technical teams to improve processes and performance
• Handle financial queries, both internal and external (clients’ queries)
  
  

• 1-2 years of experience in financial roles or in a fast-growing SaaS company
• Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Knowledge of Excel, ERP systems
• Excellent English, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience with Netsuite ERP
• Salesforce knowledge
• Open and able to complete varied tasks within tight deadlines
