We are seeking for a technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to support our organization's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions in the technology industry.

• This position is temporary for 6 months - maternity leave replacement**
  
  

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, and job boards.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and extending job offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.
  
  

• 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the technology industry - Must
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent across various roles and levels - Must
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to effectively engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
• Excellent Proficiency in English - Must
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
