Role Description

This is a hybrid contract role for an HR professional at Droxi™. The HR professional will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as hiring and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and maintaining HR records. The role is primarily located in Haifa, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Background in technical fields
• Understanding the technical recruiting process
• Know how to nurture a company's culture and care for employees' welfare and well-being
• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR management
• Understanding of HR policies and ability to develop and implement them effectively
• Experience in managing employee benefits and personnel management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
