Delivery & Monitoring Specialist

Description

Infinity Global Services Operation Team is looking for a Delivery & Monitoring Specialist to join our dynamic team at Check Point Software Technologies.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of IGS services and monitoring their performance to elevate the support quality provided to our customers and partners through consistent evaluation process.

Major Responsibilities

• Support Quality Standards: Establish and maintain internal support quality standards for IGS management and consultants, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery.
• Systems Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and development of IGS systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Customer and Partner Support: Provide support to Check Point partners and IGS customers, addressing inquiries, issuing certificates, and ensuring a seamless support experience.
• Monitor and support customers to consume our services
• Collaboration with Internal Departments: Collaborate with internal Check Point departments on various needs, including organizing training sessions, creating SKUs, contributing to marketing efforts, managing leads, building budgets, and coordinating giveaways.
• Customer facing: acting as a CSM to ensure IGS services are being used

Desired Background

• 0-2 years of analytical experience, with emphasis on analytical skills.
• Excel – a must.
• Familiarity with SalesForce and PowerBI , including building reports and dashboards – a must
• Excellent customer and service orientation
• Very good English skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• “Can Do” and proactive independent approach
• Passion for constant learning and development
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of SAP – an advantage
• Familiarity with Clari– an advantage
