Company Description:
Our company is at the forefront of technology and innovation, dedicated to developing cutting-edge websites, applications, software, automation, and scripts. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CEO to manage our developer teams, preferably with international experience, and to drive our projects to success.
Our main focus is to work with accelerators and start-up consultation companies who build the MVP for their clients and serve as their back-end, but also finding b2C high-value clients.
The company is already running, producing revenue, and working with a few accelerators and private clients.
The company's current structure is based on 2 experienced entrepreneurs and 2 experienced investors.
The company has just finished the first investment round.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead teams of developers in the creation and implementation of websites, applications, software, automation, and scripts. (The company has already hired a professional project manager who will take care of the projects and will be overseen by the CEO).
- Organize and oversee project progress, financial management, CRM and Google Workspace utilization.
- Drive sales with a focus on high-value transactions (deals over 20k), including B2B and B2C engagements, and contract negotiations with companies and individuals.
- Adapt and pivot business models as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and strategic thinking throughout the company’s development and operations.
- Engage with CEOs and key stakeholders in technology companies to align and advance business objectives.
- Possess a solid understanding of coding languages.
- Independent management capabilities, demonstrating the ability to maximize personal effectiveness without daily supervision, showcasing high adaptability and self-learning skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to exceed expectations and not just meet the required standards.
- Oversee projects from conception to delivery, including creating PRDs, team alignment, meeting deadlines, and managing budgets effectively.
- Achieve realistic goals set by four experienced entrepreneurs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing developer teams, with a preference for those who have managed international teams.
- Strong organizational skills, financial management, and experience with CRM and Google Workspace.
- Experience in sales, particularly in high-value transactions, and adept at negotiating contracts in both B2B and B2C contexts.
- Ability to perform pivots and adaptations as required, with high adaptability and strategic thinking.
- Effective communication with executives and significant roles in tech companies.
- Knowledge of coding languages.
- Self-managed and self-taught with the ability to operate independently.
- Exceptional strategic and expansive thinking, always aiming beyond expectations.
- Competence in handling project management, team alignment, deadline adherence, and budget management.
