Ad Operations Manager

Zedge seeks an Ad Ops Manager, who will be responsible for day-to-day management of Zedge’s web ad stack including set-up, optimization and ad trafficking. You will work with multiple systems to track, analyze, and optimize our ad inventory for optimal campaign delivery and performance. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and analytical skills; including the ability to interpret performance, draw conclusions and summarize actionable recommendations for testing, and optimization changes. This position is part of the revenue team which focuses on evolving our monetization stack.

Responsibilities:

⚡️ Maintaining and growing existing partnerships.

⚡️ Overseeing digital ad campaigns with a focus on optimizing revenue and UX.

⚡️ Performance delivery and geo optimization of our inventory

⚡️ Quality assurance of creative assets

⚡️ Provide custom/ad-hoc reporting to internal and external parties

⚡️ Manage inventory cost and margins

Requirements:

💪 2+ years work experience in a related field

💪 Strong verbal and written communication skills

💪 Self-starter, team player, humble and motivated

💪 Advanced level of Excel, a good understanding of data analytics and statistics

💪 Understanding of the web and mobile advertising industry, ad serving technology and behavioral audience targeting

💪 Attention to detail, exceptionally well organized, and proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems

💪 Proactive, with excellent attention to detail and follow-through

💪 Basic knowledge of Jira and Confluence

💪 Experience with Google Ad Manager (web)

💪 Experience with Google ecosystem (Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Firebase)

💪 Experience with programmatic advertising

💪 Experience with Data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker)

💪 Experience with ad mediation platforms (Google Admob, Applovin MAX, Unity Level Play)

💪 Creative thinking
