What You'll Do:

• Lead Ownership: Take complete ownership of launching a new SaaS product from scratch, transforming vision into reality.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough product discovery and market research to deeply understand customer needs and identify emerging market trends.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation, design, and development to implementation, growth, and iterative learning.
• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on strategic business value and customer demands.
• Feature Definition: Define and prioritize product features and requirements, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor the product's key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data-driven insights for continuous product optimization and decision-making.

Who You Are:

• Experienced: You have at least 5 years of product management experience in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of successfully launching products that have generated significant business impact.
• Customer-Centric: You possess a deep understanding of customer needs, a strong passion for product management, and an enthusiasm for creating software solutions that solve real problems.
• Analytical: Your strong analytical skills enable you to develop product hypotheses and understand their outcomes effectively.
• Design-Thinking: You are skilled at structuring solutions and creating product wireframes grounded in a thorough understanding of users, their challenges, and their needs.
• Communicator: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills make you adept at collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Adaptable: You are comfortable navigating the fast-paced and dynamic startup environment and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
