👩‍🔬 Your Role:

In this role, you'll steer projects with a focus on molecular biology, utilizing human clinical study samples to push the boundaries of fertility science. You'll lead laboratory experiments, manage operations, and present findings to project teams and our CEO.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead laboratory experiments from setup to execution.
• Manage laboratory operations and maintain detailed records.
• Write protocols, technical reports, and SOPs.
• Present findings to project teams and CEO.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• Master's or PhD in biology, biomedical engineering, or related field.
• At least one year of post-degree experience in biotech field (advantageous).
• Ability to design and conduct experiments autonomously.
• Commitment to scientific excellence and eagerness to learn.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency working independently and as part of a team.
• Preparedness to handle hazardous materials and adhere to lab safety protocols.
