This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Representative located in Ashkelon. As a Help Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting users with technical problems, resolving software and hardware issues, and documenting support activities.

• Technical Support, Help Desk Support, and Troubleshooting skills
• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in IT support or a related field is a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus
