Head of User Acquisition to join our Marketing team.

Apomedical is an online pharmacy and doctor service platform that’s reshaping the healthcare industry. Our platform serves millions of patients in Europe, helping them get the medication they need quickly, efficiently, and discreetly.

Responsibilities:

Ongoing development and execution of marketing strategies to achieve user growth objectives and improve the funnel CVR.

Setting, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns from all channels to hit the company goals

Track and identify market trends and competitor’s strategies in a real-time and take action accordingly

Generate performance reports for all major metrics, goals, and KPIs

Run ongoing A/B Testing on different activity parameters

To initiate new methods and seek new channels and opportunities to meet our potential customers in the right spot.

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience managing performance-based campaigns on Search, Native, and Social

2+ years of managerial experience in performance teams

Proven track record of managing large-scale advertising budgets ($1M+ / Month) and delivering successful results.

Experience in B2C campaign management.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, Vlookup, and advanced formulas for data manipulation and analysis.
