Short Job Description: The Ideal Candidate should have a proven working experience as an IT manager in the field and knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems,
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration & installation, and Inventory Management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Servers Management:
knowledge and experience with the following:
-Windows Servers (Windows Server 2008 R2 to Windows Server 2016).
Domain Controllers, DNS servers, SAP, File Servers, Terminal Servers, MS-SQL database servers, IIS.
-Linux Servers (mainly CentOS\ Rocky Linux servers)
Squid proxy, Asterisk PBX, OpenVPN, StrongSwan, MariaDB, Mail server, Apache, Nginx.
knowledge of Iptables, FirewallD.
-Microsoft Active Directory (manage and installation):
Group policy.
Auditing.
DNS.
-VMware ESXi environment.
-Cloud backup systems.
-Microsoft SQL Server, Replication.
-Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
-Fluent English is a must.
-Worldwide team management.
Telephony:Currently using CONTAQT system
-Designing, installing, and managing VOIP telephony systems.
-Asterisk with FreePBX.
-Yealink and Cisco devices.
-Solve SIP / IAX related issues.
-Maintaining telephony budget.
Networking:
-Cisco switches.
-Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies (CCNA is a must!).
-Dot1x authentication, VLANs, Multi domains(DATA & VOIP).
-Ability to Design, install and manage wired and wireless networks with Vlans and multi-domain topology.
-Performing troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of the network.
-Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs.
-Repair hardware and peripheral devices including network wiring / sockets and patch panels.
Security:
-Fortinet Firewalls.
-ESET RAS.
-IPsec VPN.
-OpenVPN.
-Permissions management through Active Directory.
Cloud Environment:
Google Cloud Platform.
Amazon AWS.
Exchange 365.
Helpdesk:
Setup and manage a team of helpdesk technicians:
Regularly sets up, adjusts, assembles, controls, tests, and operates computer equipment in a domain environment.
User Creation / Removal.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Place of work: Raanana
Conditions:
