Project Manager

Tosaf is looking for a Flame Retardant Product Manager to join our team.

As a Product Manager, you will operate in a cross-functional environment, driving revenue growth and productivity by implementing effective methodologies, processes, value-added information, and sales tools.

As a strategic business partner to the sales team, you will oversee and support existing CRM processes, ensure data integrity, track business KPIs, and develop a deep understanding of business needs to implement data-driven monitoring, analysis, and processes using automated tools.

We are looking for a data-driven, self-motivated, and creative individual with commercial and analytical experience, passionate about developing solutions to support our sales teams.

Responsibilities include:

* Increasing business activity for assigned products

* Managing products from development to market

* Defining product roadmap (production and marketing) based on customer requirements

* Maximizing product profitability, including raw material procurement and full management processes

* Contributing to product marketing strategy formulation

* Expanding product sales in local and global markets, creating new markets

* Resolving production process malfunctions and issues for assigned products

* Conducting conversations and meetings with sales managers worldwide to explore new opportunities and expand activities

Requirements:

* Education in chemical/materials/plastics engineering (MBA or master's degree is an advantage)

* Knowledge of plastic product technology and traditional industries (an advantage)

* Experience working with sales teams and providing technical support to customers (a significant advantage)

* Proficiency in Office software and Priority (an advantage)

* Proficient in English, additional languages are an advantage

* Availability for frequent travel
