Position Overview:

As a Senior Development director , you will play a pivotal role in leading our engineering froup efforts with a focus on designing and developing Cloud Infrastructure solutions integrated with Big Data platforms, AI technologies, and Mobile applications. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional Management ( lead a big R&D group) skills coupled with a strong business product orientation to spearhead our development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Public Cloud Infrastructure solutions, Big Data platforms, AI technologies, and Mobile applications.
• Manage the R&D activities on the backend side ( big group ) , ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Oversee the full ML development lifecycle utilizing open-source AI/ML frameworks and public cloud services.
• Utilize your experience as a RnD Director or VP in data platform companies, Big Data, AI, or generative AI to drive innovation.
• Design and build large-scale ML systems, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in AI-driven solutions.
• Lead and mentor few teams of engineers and applied scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. MSc is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D Management, particularly in the backend domain.
• Extensive experience with the full ML development lifecycle using open-source AI/ML frameworks and public cloud services.
• Previous experience as a CTO or Co-founder in data platform companies, Big Data, AI, or generative AI is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in designing and building large-scale ML systems.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading teams of a lot of engineers and applied scientists.
