CEO for Financial Company

Company Description:

• A group of companies whose core business activity is a pension insurance agency operating only in the field of financial planning with a portfolio of approximately 7.5 billion NIS.
• Additional business activities include private capital raising and managing private investment funds amounting to several tens of millions of shekels.
• The company has around 50 employees.

Job Description:

• Managing a growing company with significant business volume.
• Overall responsibility for the company's operations and employee management.
• Leading and advancing strategic projects.
• Expanding the company's activity by increasing existing business and creating new business opportunities.
• Frequent work with lawyers, accountants, regulatory bodies, and business partners such as investment houses, insurance companies, investment funds, and hedging funds.
• Working closely with the company owners.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of managerial experience in a CEO or C-level position.
• Managerial responsibility for a workforce of at least 50 employees - an advantage.
• Experience in financial companies - an advantage.
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, etc. - an advantage.
• Leadership and management skills.
• High technological orientation.
• Assertiveness along with sensitivity, serviceability, and excellent interpersonal relations.
• Systemic and broad vision.
• Initiative and driving of broad and multi-interface organizational movements.
• Skills in matrix work and working with external organizational bodies.
• High self-management capability.
• Coping with high-stress situations and multitasking.
• Goal-oriented and time management.
• Ability to define needs, take responsibility, and delegate authority.
• Good familiarity with OFFICE and CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal expression skills.
• Hebrew as a mother tongue and very good English.
