We are looking for a Jr. System Test Engineer to work at our North site (Kinneret area) for the QA department, who will be responsible for developing manual and automated tests of our next-generation products.

This position includes fieldwork, please apply only if you are capable of a dynamic work environment.

What you'll do:

• Participating in outdoor testing cycles
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback and implement the same in testing
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for cellular technologies and execution of the same
• Design and build end-to-end test setups based on the test requirements
• Analyze and debug logs for test simulators and systems under test during the test cycle
• Resolve issues in end-to-end setups (For Ex: UE/mobile issues, RF/fiber connectivity, etc.)
• Analyze, reproduce, and validate customer-found defects
• Verify various Parallel Wireless Products and Applications for Functional, Stability, Performance, and User experience aspects based on Customer Use cases.
  
  

What you should have:

• Independent, self-motivated, organized, and with high multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player, ambitious, eager to learn and develop
• Driver’s license – MUST
• Knowledge of RF protocols
• Understanding of networking layer 2/3 and network management and control
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, BASH
• Knowledge of working in Linux environments
  
  

Nice to have:

• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience – big advantage
• Experience in cellular technology
• Experience with data performance testing such as IPERF
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
  
  

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics/Communication Systems Engineering – MUST
