The position reports to the Head of Human Resource

About the role:

• Ownership and accountability for the recruitment process for local and global teams while maintaining the best-in-class experience for all candidates
• Take responsibility for the training & development efforts
• Take part in developing our HR strategies & policies
• Multi-task on various projects and initiatives
• Be a trusted advisor to employees & stakeholders
• Take care of employees’ experience activities

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience as a Talent Acquisition, HR generalist- Must
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field- a Must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English- a Must
• Experience in sourcing and recruiting for technical positions in Israel and abroad- a Must
• Experience in recruiting R&D, Product, Operations, customer success, Sales, QA- A must
• Proactive, curious, and out-of-the-box thinker
• Friendly personality, positive-minded with a solid work ethic
• Collaborator and a team player
