Development Manager

We are Hiring a development and devops manager to work with a leading financial company.

Responsibilities

• Management and responsibility for all development processes in the organization's digital acceleration program.
• Ongoing work with the development manager on behalf of the supplier.
• Providing assistance that includes technological, organizational and professional support to the development teams in the project.
• Initiate ideas for innovation and new functionality.
• Reporting to the program manager on the development progress status and "raising flags" when necessary.
• Monitoring the implementation of decisions by the development teams.
• Control over the planning of the systems and the form of development.
• Control of the quality of writing the code.
• Control over the quality of the products, compliance with the schedule and procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in managing development bodies and parallel development processes.
• Extensive and proven knowledge of digital systems and microservices infrastructures.
• Extensive and proven knowledge in assimilation and familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Working in an agile development method, with familiarity with Waterfall worlds.
• Systemic perception and broad analysis ability.
• Working with users and working with suppliers.
• Ability to manage and motivate employees of development teams.
• Knowledge and experience in banking systems.
