We are actively seeking to hire a

full-time Head of Human Resources 

Responsibilities:  

·               

Communicating with potential job

candidates.  

·               

Recruitment and employee screening

process  

·               

Conducting employee orientations, onboarding and offboarding 

·               

Responding promptly to employee

inquiries  

·               

Writing, implementing and following all HR protocols  

·               

Managing HR records  

·               

Undertaking periodic performance

evaluations  

·               

Training and employee development  

·               

Responsible for employee welfare programs and periodic company events 

Requirements  

·               

Previous experience working in human resources and HR practices 

·               

Good knowledge of

employment regulations. 

·               

Ability to maintain employee

confidentiality  

·               

Excellent communication skills  

·               

Ability to multitask, prioritize and

manage time effectively  

·               

Ability to work under pressure  

·               

Work successfully in a team

environment, as well as independently  

·               

Organized and detail oriented  

·               

Required languages: Hebrew - Mother

Tongue, English- excellent working knowledge/mother

tongue level
