Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) Partner to join our team. As an L&OD Partner, you will be a key driver in shaping our organization’s growth, effectiveness, and performance. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to create innovative solutions that enhance employee development, organizational readiness, and leadership excellence.
- Analyze and Improve Processes:
- Evaluate existing organizational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand specific needs and challenges.
- Propose interventions that address gaps and mitigate risks.
- Strategic Partnership:
- Build strong relationships as a trusted advisor to business units.
- Work closely with leaders to align L&OD initiatives with overall business goals.
- Innovative Solutions:
- Develop and implement impactful learning and organizational solutions.
- Use data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of OD initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the organization.
- Employee Development:
- Create learning solutions that enhance employee growth and effectiveness.
- Support onboarding experiences and continuous learning for individuals and managers.
- Drive organizational readiness for future challenges.
- Change Management:
- Design interventions to support organizational improvement and change.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging practices.
- Global Impact:
- Collaborate with partners across different locations to make a significant impact.
- Minimum of 3 years as an L&OD expert, preferably in a consulting or global tech company.
- M.A in Organizational Psychology/Sociology/ Consulting.
- Mastery of OD applications, and group processes.
- Data analysis and use of data to generate solutions for org problems
- Mastery of learning solutions, use of AI for effectively design and develop
- Integrated approach for Learning and Org development
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and collaboration with many stakeholders in a high pace environment.
- Lifelong learner, curious, who is up-to-date with the best practices.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
