Job description:

Exodigo are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our team in Israel. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the strategic objectives of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics.
• Communicate with candidates professionally and be a point of contact throughout the entire hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and execute a custom hiring strategy.
  
  

• minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and critical projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew.
