CEO for an incubator Start up

An emerging company developing a medical device, in the stage of pre-clinical stage is seeking an experience CEO. I'm looking for a motivated candidate who is ready to build and grow the company to the next stage.

Responsibilities:

Fund raising and establishing relations with investors and strategic partners

Develop the company’s business strategy

Participate in the company's R&D efforts

Collaborating with medical professionals to run pre-clinical and clinical testing of prototypes

Contribute to the high level decisions of the company’s regulatory strategy

Managing internal team and subcontractors

Hosting audits from third parties and regulatory agencies

Supervising the IP of the company

Requirements:

At least Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering.

Experience in a senior management position in a medical device start up

Experience in participating and understanding R&D duties at medical device company

Experience in identifying and deal-closing with investors and strategic partners

Experience in Business Development
