A leading investment house's agents' commission department is seeking a deputy department manager
Responsibilities:
- Team management of 5 employees
- Oversight of ongoing workflow processes, control over volume commission calculations.
- Providing response to the SOX department.
- Controls over commission models for internal employees.
- Responsibility for discrepancies in the balance related to volume commissions/external and internal agents' receivables in the Camel and Real Estate company.
- Responsibility for annual reports to the treasury of the Camel and Insurance Agency.
- Control over the settlement fee process.
- Definition of requirements and development of various topics in the commission field.
- Working with internal and external organizational interfaces.
Qualifications:
- Relevant academic education in the financial field - mandatory.
- Experience in agent commission field.
- Managerial experience, excellent interpersonal skills along with assertiveness and motivating ability.
- Ability to work in a digital technological environment.
- High proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel.
- Data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with CRM - significant advantage.ion skills
