Vishay Israel Migdal Ha’Emek is currently seeking applicants for HR Coordinator, In this position the successful candidate will be responsible for handling the recruitment processes, and supporting the human resources team throughout the employee's life cycle.

Job Location:

Vishay MLCC stand for Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitor. Mlcc’s capacitors, are used in all segments: Automotive, Industrial, Telecom ,Computers ,Consumers , Power supplies , Medical, Military & Aerospace , etc.

There are around 300 employees currently work in Migdal Ha’Emek Israel.

What You Will Be Doing

• To lead and maintain the factory training system.
• To map the needs and requirements from managers, job analysis and write the job description, activate recruitment sources, conduct telephone + face-to-face interviews, accompanying managers in the overall process and professional interviews.
• To deal with contracts and providing job offers.
• To integrate into the human resources team and contribute as required.
• To support local welfare processes.
  
  

What You Will Bring Along

• Related Academic degree – mandatory.
• 5 years of experience - a significant advantage.
• Computer knowledge OFFICE programs.
• Excellent presentation skills and communication skills.
• Good coaching and mentoring skill.
