The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Product Leader to join our Operations and Supply chain team.

Your Team:

The team is responsible for all the operations and supply chain activity including planning, purchasing, logistics, Quality and Engineering. The team mission is to deliver goods in time, quality, and cost according to Fabric project’s objectives

Your Position:

Responsible for introduction of new products into the manufacturing environment, while ensuring the highest levels of quality, drive design for excellence, considering DFx aspects and costs.

What you’ll do:

• Project Planning of products transition activities from development into production (NPI). Transfer of knowledge to EMS production team and providing ongoing technical and engineering support.
• Manage Full-Turn-Key manufacturers, ODM’s and JDM (Joint Development Manufacturing).
• Configuration control and product lifecycle management.
• Full Production file: Item data, BOMs, Drawing, Instructions and Specifications.
• Change analyst - Managing the Engineering Changes (ECOs/MCOs/DA) in all lifecycle stages.
• Design and implementation of production’s Jigs & utilities
• Lead Design improvements for productivity, production’s Jigs, reliability, and cost reduction
• Collaborating with R&D, supply chain, purchasing, quality, suppliers, and field engineers. Lead CCB, DR’s, MRB, FAI.

Who you are:

• 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering management in high-tech development company or automation/ machinery company.
• Technical skills - Ability to read and review mechanical drawings, production process and CAD system, Development experience using SolidWorks – advantage.
• DFx capabilities - Excellence with manufacturing processes, aspects of quality, manufacturing, testing/ATE and Design
• Experience with Projects planning and EMS/ODM management capabilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented can work under pressure and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, Team player who can work independently and within a team.
• Strong skills in ERP/PLM software - advantage Priority/Teamcenter
• Solid works capabilities - advantage
